We at Crown stand behind our equipment 100% and in that regard, are
always available to provide you with any service requirements on
equipment you have purchased from us (or through a machine builder).
We have performed service at numerous companies on an hourly basis (service
rates) and this has worked out well for the customers. We
simply work our way along the line checking everything with regards to
bowls, hoppers and in-line feeders. We check for worn areas and
problems with the drives. We do not guarantee the equipment will
be like new but we will generally improve the present situation.
Service calls can usually be scheduled within a few days after receipt
of Purchase Order.
