LABOUR COSTS AND SERVICE RATES

SHOP CHARGES:

$75.00 per hour

(Orders will be scheduled in accordance with Customer’s needs)

 SCHEDULING:             

Service can usually be scheduled to meet the Customer’s needs.

Emergency service can usually be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.

SERVICE RATES – TERMS ARE:  PAYABLE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE

Local:                                 $85.00 per hour – Minimum of four (4) hours

U.S.A.                                $85.00 U.S. per hour – Minimum eight (8) hours

International:                       $85.00 U.S. per hour – Minimum eight (8) hours

     **** All consumable materials will be charged as per usage *****

Monday to Friday - hours in excess of 10 per day will be charged at 1.5 times the above.

            Weekends and recognized holidays will be charged at 1.5 time the above rate.

SERVICE TRAVEL RATES:

Where travel is required, additional charges will be as follows:

            Mileage                                    $0.50 per kilometer

            Taxi/Rental Car:                        actual costs incurred

            Airfare:                                     actual costs incurred

            Hotel:                                       actual costs incurred

            Meals:                                      $50.00 per day (overnight stays only)

EFFECTIVE JUNE, 2003 ALL SERVICE INVOICES MAY BE PAID BY VISA.
